Dr. Omar A. Baker M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Omar Baker is the executive vice president, Strategic Initiatives & Innovation for OptumHealth and chief medical officer, Health Services where his primary focus is providing insight and guidance on a broad range of clinical, strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. This includes leading the Optum Enterprise Strategy, service line advancement teams, accelerating payer contracting for commercial and Medicaid risk, driving patient experience strategy and health equity efforts.
 
In his prior role at UHG, a Fortune seven company, Dr. Baker was an Executive in Residence and Senior Vice President of OptumHealth. Dr. Baker’s focus was evaluating emerging market needs and trends to uncover opportunities and to deliver superior societal value. He led the COVID-19 national preparedness, response, and recovery team for OptumHealth which is across 43 states and serves more than 98M individuals.

Dr. Etan Marks

Biography
Dr. Marks is a board certified pathologist with subspecialty board certification in hematopathology and dermatopathology. He attended medical school at NOVA Southeastern University and completed his pathology residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he served as chief resident. Subsequently, he completed a fellowship in hematopathology at NYU Langone Medical Center and a second fellowship in dermatopathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center under the tutelage of Dr. Clay Cockerell. This combination of fellowships gave Dr. Marks a unique interest in cutaneous lymphomas as well as experience in several diagnostic techniques including flow cytometry and molecular assays.

Dr. Marks has published over 20 articles in peer reviewed journals and enjoys pursuing a variety of research topics. Additionally, he is dedicated to teaching medical students and residents.

In his free time, Dr. Marks enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Fishman has regularly hosted the 1640 Society, which brings together many global leaders in finance, business, and philanthropy. Now, Fishman brings his wealth of experience and proven success to The Prosperity Fund’s renowned management and executive team

Ariel Fishman, MBA; LA, LB, LSB

Ariel Fishman serves as a general partner at Prosperity Fund, a global investment fund focusing on private equity, venture capital, healthcare, defense, digital assets, insurance, & more. Fishman also serves as a leader at Prosperity Health International, an advanced medical pathology and genetic testing company that provides faster results with enhanced accuracy, where he supports business & investment growth, strategy, and innovation. Fishman received his MBA in Business at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., where he focused on investments, strategy, and innovation.  Fishman also attended the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) focusing on clinical nutrition & the sciences and received his FNS from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, Fishman represented the USA at the RoboCup Robotics Competition in Europe. Fishman serves as co-founder of the Kindness Initiative and is a member of the National Ethics Association. Fishman has been featured in various business and tech-focused publications including Biz Journal, DC Inno, & Technically DC.

R. TODD RUPERT

In addition to being the Founder and CEO of Ruppert International, Todd Rupert was the CEO and President of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, Co-President, T. Rowe Price International, and a Member of the Operating Steering Committee of the T. Rowe Price Group, a firm with over $1.3 Trillion in assets. Todd was also a venture partner at Greenspring Associates, a $20 Billion venture capital firm.

Todd is the Chairman of RSR Partners, London’s Royal Parks Foundation (USA), and the World Trade Center Institute. He is a Global Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award; Board Member of Antler, Pirkx, Rocket Dollar, Shetland Space Centre, Storelli Sports, The Fine Art Group, The Talent Bank, and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Todd was a past Board Member of INSEAD Business School from 2012-2021.

Todd is also an Advisor to several VC/PE Firms including Access Holdings, Antler, Athena Capital, Broadlight Capital, CXO Fund, Fin Capital, Global Ventures, Launch Africa Ventures, Motive Partners, Pact VC, Republic Capital, Samos Ventures, and Sure Ventures.
